Hiya!
Just wanted to let everyone know that I have submitted by Peace Corps Application offically as of this morning. (wow!)
It was with a great sense of relief, excitment, and trepidation that I did this. It is all a matter of thinking about one chapter of my life coming to an end and another begining. I am taking my first steps out into the real world ( a huge leap I might add). That is what is hitting me right now. I never expected college to fly by and yet it has. The Peace Corps never truly seemed real until now.
I recieve my applicant toolkit in the mail within 7-10 days. --This allows me to keep up to date with my progress in the apps process. After this my recruiter will call and set up an interview (knock on wood) .
So wish me luck!
